I'm obviously missing something.

Dec. 12, 2006, 7:32 a.m.Yes, gordonbjoy, if a "bullet" train is delayed by more than 20 minutes (by an earthquake or other impediment), passengers can get a refund, at their destinations, so long as they arrive. (In 42 years, no earthquake has derailed a bullet train, am I tempting fate by saying this? Hope not)
