They are stone cold francophiles, the Congressional Retreat and Surrender Caucus.

Ya gotta love that word 'nonbinding'.

My Grandfather, born in 1900, used to use the Word "Bound" to mean constipated. He'd say, I'm all "bound up" accompanied with a little gesture.

Can somebody help with this....?

Le Shrub considers the Constitution to be a non-binding resolution!!!

Our Democratic congressmen are truly an inspiration! In the spirit of this new resolution, I am going to step up and take the lead on getting the laundry done in my home. I plan to do an unspecified number of loads each week and all the laundry will be completed eventually. One or two loads completed in the next month should suffice. Due to my new policies on laundry, there should be no complaints as to the number of days you may have to recycle your underwear. Please consider this as doing your part in the fight against global warming. Each member of the household will be given a bottle of Fabreez to help with this transition.

Gosh darn! I am so humbled! I'm gonna follow Ms. Beeboppin's lead. I will switch from paper underwear to 60% post-consumer recycled plastic underwear!

John Murtha and Nancy Pelosi leading the charge! Wow, I will sleep much better tonight knowing Nancy and John are on watch. They both need to be put away some place where they can't hurt themselves or America.

I don't think it's gonna work that way. The troops in Iraq will decide to stay in Iraq whether if they will get the money or not. If so, we could have lose many more to come. Looks like it that way!

this non-binding resolution should be considered as evidence in a conspiracy to commit mass murder against our military forces in iraq. those armchair generals in washington have NO clue as to what they are doing. because if they did they wouldn't come up with a brainstorm plain like that. what they need to do is provide the necessary intel., supplise and equipment needed and let the trained military do their job!

for those of you who don't know about armchair generals ask any korea or vietnam veteran and truly listen. they(politicians) are the ones that murdered 1000's, and that is just in vietnam. those greedy politicians are only interested in stuffing their pocket's with our tax dollar's and power over us as a nation.

I agree with Nancy, it should be nonbinding, cus I'v been all bound up before and it's no fun! Besides I heard that if someone tries to bind up Bush he said he was gonna send Vito, and nobody wants that (he could break your legs)

Darn right. He set mine in concrete. I hate binding resolutions.

Non binding resolution? What good is that? Do you think, since they have been sworn in for 90 days, they could maybe pass a real Resolution? Non Binding seem kind of wussey, but what can we expect from a political party headed by two weak women. I love it. Every day they prove they cannot lead, and they have 19 months to prove me wrong. I don't think they can do it. How's that Impeachment coming? LOL
