I wonder, Was he doing this in retribution? Were his neighbors excessively loud during his daylight sleeping hours? My sister in law lives a block away from a catholic school, They seem to love using bullhorns during the early morning( when Mel is trying to GO to sleep). My neighbors like to mow their lawns Sunday mornings(i go to bed at 9am). I find noise laws to be very biased, esp. in this day of the third shift worker.

Too bad they don't do the same thing here.Loud music is a hassle to anyone who likes their hearing.So stupid are the "brothers" who don't realize that Tinnitus awaits them.What's that? Ringing in the ears twenty four hours a day seven days a week, and there is no cure for it.Loud and tormenting ringing that has driven same to suicide. So go ahead Ignorant,and play your music .But don't forget that someone tried to tell you about the tormenting disorder of Tinnitus

LOL, amusing story, but I'm sure we've all had a neighbor or two at some point in our lives that we wouldn't have minded locking up for being loud and obnoxious.

Well good for the judicial system in Barcelona. We have an ordenance here, but no one pays any attention to it. Thank God we don't live near noisy neighbors, but i hear them driving down the street sometimes.
