Perino went on to explain how this is all part of the White House effort to curb childhood obesity by the gradual phasing out of anything remotely fun to eat.

I know it's humor, but Bush pizzes me off so bad, i wouldn't be surprised if he snatched a babies bottle out of it's mouth.

Well, if the baby isn't working, or doesn't have a trust fund, then it shouldn't expect any help.

I hate the idea that Bush is taking candy away from babies. I think baby fat is cute.

I thought he was replacing the candy with grenades and stamping there diapers with kiss my Guantanamo Bay.

After they completed there training, I hear he gives the candy back.

The Kicking Old Ladies Act (KOLA) has been seriuosly underfunded from the start. The money has to come from somewhere and I'm sure that NCIT (National Coalition of Infants and Toddlers) will lobby hard to avoid any funding cuts.

When those kids grow up a little, they will all go find Bush and kick him in the shins.

Sniper, up are unamerican to like a pres who backs out of Geneva, recommends torture, drops habeus corpus (600 years of accepted western law), didn't condemn the israeli escalation to war against lebanon.... and thinks the Constitution is "only a piece of paper". So, his false facede of a culture of life was validated again when he vetoed further Child health reform... like his lies revealed by Kou, his former #2 faith based initiatives guy. Dumya should have been on the impeachment docite from day one of the Dem demo-controlled congress. Sniper, I would expect more honesty and care for the rule of law from the likes of you!

Come on guys lets be fair, how many of these kids are going to develop diabetes because of all the sugar? How many will grow disgustingly obese? Bush is doing the country good!

lol just thought of a nice liberal conspiracy theory:

Bush is just banning candy because back in the day a Dentist by the name of Whosama Ban Liden removed 4 of the president's teeth. The president was not allowed to eat candy from that day forth and now holds a deep grudge against all dentists. By banning candy, the lack of cavities and tooth decay will surely put dentists out of business, while at the same time depriving children of the same sugary goodness that George was unable to have as a child.

It might just be the cleverest and most sinister plan ever created.

Members of the TFU (Tooth Fairies Union) today called for a boycot on the entire Bush family. Declaring that Bush's action amounted to a direct threat on their culture and religion. The Tooth Fairies have stated that they will no longer service the Bush family's "tooth under the pillow" policy.

Ms C Anine (the TFU's spokesperson) said "Although it's hard on the kids, we cannot allow this heinious crime to go unchallenged"...

D amn!!! if a kid dosen't eat at least 5 to 10 lbs of sugar with at least 4 to 6 lbs of dirt and grime a day how does Bush expect the next generation of Americans to have sense of what makes a good choice for junk and fast food? or even have an immune system? I agree with the above TFU; fight back by boycotting the Bush babies.

Heartless warmongers. These Republicans war mongers have no money to children whose parents cannot afford private insurance.

No wonder they have no sympathy and feelings when they are killing innocent men, women and children in Iraq for oil.
