Sen. McCain reserved his harshest words for the Shiites, who he said were trying to confuse him by sometimes calling themselves 'Shiites' and other times 'Shia.' "What's that all about, anyway?" he asked. "Stop clowning around and call yourself one thing."

Don't tell him about the Republicans and Democrats... that'll just confuse him as well. So will Labour and Conservative come to think of it. Actually, now that I think about it, I see little difference between any of them as well. Sunni and Shiite is pretty easy to tell the difference between, though.

From my talk with Sunnis and Shiites, there is no difference between the two groups when they try to get you to believe that Islam is the fastest growing religion. But, if you point out the concept of taqqiya to them, then the Sunnis will say, "Shia invented taqqiya, they really aren't Muslims", and, Shia will talk about how its the SUNNIS who are the cause of Bin Laden, Taliban, and terror. Also, both Sunni and Shia don't view the Nation of Islam as true Islam. So, if Islam IS the fastest growing religion on the planet, looks like it's due to the old "the enemy of my enemy is my friend", which, is still, NOT good news for NON-Shia/Sunni/Nation of Islam infidels.
